Below are some examples of some set menus however we can also tailor something specific to your group.

Set Menu 1 - $28 pp (excluding drinks)
Starters
Selection of mixed breads – garlic, herb and pesto focaccia and brushetta.

Mains
Choice of the following:
Chef’s Special Chicken… Fillet grilled & served with a white wine, grain mustard & cream sauce or
Veal Fungi … Scaloppini pan fried with mushrooms, onions, white wine and cream or
Fillet of Barramundi … Grilled and topped with a herb, garlic and parmesan crust

Dessert
Choice of the following:
Mars Bar Cheesecake … Delicious cheesecake flavoured with melted and chopped
mars bars, served with a rich dark chocolate sauce or
Cassata ... Italian ice cream made on the premises, layers of vanilla, chocolate an almond with glazed fruits and roasted almonds or
Zabaione … Chilled creamy marsala mousse served with almond biscotti.

Chicken Mango… Fillet grilled & served with a white wine, mango & cream sauce on mashed sweet potato or
Veal Parmigiana … Crumbed schnitzel grilled, topped with ham, cheese & napoletana sauce or
Seafood Risotto… Tomato based risotto with mixed seafood

Dessert
